Miracles Hair Salon and staff strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the hair service you obtain, we ask that you work with us to gain your satisfaction by following these simple steps:
1. Contact your stylist within seven days of your service.
2. Explain what you feel is wrong with your service.
3. Arrange a day and time when your stylist can look at the hair and correct the problem.
4. If you do not want the original stylist to correct the problem, another qualified master designer will assist you.
At Miracles our goal for customer satisfaction is 100% and we feel this is the best way to insure that our clients are given the best service possible.
